Big updates are here for all engineering aspirants! As we move into the crucial phase of March 2026, the National Testing Agency (NTA) and IIT Roorkee have released key schedules for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
1. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 (April Attempt)
Following the brief reopening of the registration portal on March 12-13, the focus has shifted to the exam logistics:
City Intimation Slip: Expected to be released between March 17 and March 20, 2026. This will reveal your allotted exam city and date.
Admit Card: Will be available for download 3-4 days before your specific exam date.
Exam Dates: Scheduled from April 2 to April 9, 2026.
Results: NTA is expected to declare the Session 2 results by April 20, 2026.
2. JEE Advanced 2026 Official Schedule
IIT Roorkee, the organizing institute this year, has officially confirmed the timeline for the final hurdle:
Exam Date: May 17, 2026 (Sunday).
Paper Timings: Paper 1 (09:00 AM - 12:00 PM) and Paper 2 (02:30 PM - 05:30 PM). Both papers are compulsory.
Registration: Starts on April 23, 2026, and ends on May 2, 2026.
Result Declaration: Scheduled for June 1, 2026.
